Winemaker Dinner
Join us for a night that brings together exceptional food, premium local wines, and the stories behind them. In partnership with renowned Bellarine winery Scotchmans Hill, we’re proud to present our Winemaker Dinner, a four-course dining experience where every dish is paired with a hand-selected Scotchmans Hill wine.
Newly appointed Head Chef Susie has crafted a standout seasonal menu that reflects her refined, produce-led approach to modern dining. Each course is thoughtfully paired to complement the character of the wine it’s matched with, creating a journey that’s as cohesive as it is indulgent.
Guiding you through the evening will be Scotchmans Hill’s Chief Winemaker, Robin Brockett. With decades of winemaking experience on the Bellarine, Robin will personally introduce each wine, sharing his insights into the winemaking process and the unique characteristics that define each drop.
