I wish all the 40+ women a great golfing holiday next week in Creswick. I am sorry not to be able to go but know a great time will be had by all at a great venue. I received an email from Anne Davey to say she would not be renewing her membership in 2016. We thank her for her time with us and especially her involvement in Sunday Pennant and let her know a warm welcome is here for her at any time.

Amenities Day 82 players
At last the golfing God smiled on us the weather was perfect in fact some of the players were tired after a day in the sun. My thanks go to the sponsors and the many women who donated to the trade table and the raffles, without you all this day would not be the success it is. Also to Helen our president, who works behind the scenes organizing the trophies ,lunch, table settings and then goes home and works out all the money. I’ll let Helen tell you the amount we made it was very pleasing.
Winners on the day were Barb Chapell (at least she dried out from Saturday ),Helen Lewry, Heather Thomas (Both of whom have just arrived back from their Northern Holidays) and Leigh-Anne Johnston (Who has just started to play again after she shoulder problem)
Runners up Liz Gamby (great to see her back this was her first 18) Barb Prussner (Back after her hospital stay) Nola Stacey (one of the women from Barwon Valley who has joined us while their course is unplayable, sorry to see you go) and Rae Jacobsen (who has not been away or sick but knows how to pick a good Team)
