Dear Members,

Please be reminded that we have our Special General Meeting at 4pm this Friday 18th of October for you to consider the resolution to approve funding of the redevelopment. This is an important step to ensure the continuity of the program.

Please note that only Playing Members (excluding Junior and Honorary Members) are eligible to attend and vote. Honorary Members can attend but cannot ask any questions, unless authorised by the chairperson.

Any Proxy Forms must be returned to the office by 4pm on Thursday 17th of October. Proxy Forms are available to download below.

If possible, your attendance at the meeting would be greatly appreciated.
