Additional Golfing Opportunities for LGC Members

The booking sheet at Queenscliff Golf Club now appears to be up and running with a number of our members already organizing games.
The following clubs have offered assistance during the period that LGC is closed. The details are as follows.
Barwon Valley Golf Club
Competitions Entry to all competitions will only require a competition fee of $6 to be paid
Men Tuesday 7.30 am to 11.00 am
Prefer LGC members to use 10.30 am to 11.30 am timeslots
The competition could be extended to 12.30 if there were sufficient numbers.
Saturday 7.30 am to 11.30 am
As for Tuesday.
Women Wednesday 9.00 am to 10.00am
Can easily accommodate LGC members.
Social Rounds Green Fees will be discounted for LGC members.
$15 for 18 holes
$10 for 9 holes
Carts Discounted rate of $25 for 18 holes.
Lonsdale members will need to present the LGC membership card to access the above rates. Please ring the club on 5243 5443 to book.
St Leonards Golf Club
St Leonards have offered a 3 month membership rate of $100
Competitions
Men Thursday and Saturday 11.00 am to 1.00 pm
Women Tuesday 9.00 am to 10.00 am 9 holes, Saturday 11.00 am to 1.00 pm
No timesheet, just turn up. $8 competition fee. Contact is Murray Hall, the President on 0482046564.
The Sands Golf Club
The Sands have offered a 50% discount on green fees: $25 weekdays and $30 On weekends
Competitions Competition fee is $7 per player per round
Tuesday Medley Competition 9 hole from 9:00 am
Wednesday Medley Competition – vast majority Men from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Could extend the time till 12:30 if there was demand.
Thursday Women’s Competition from 8:30 am. Social golf from 11:00 am.
Saturday Medley Competition.
Could cater for 20-24 after 11:26 am
Social Golf Monday & Friday all day and Sunday after 9:00am
Carts At Members rates. $30 for 18 holes, $20 for 9 holes.
To book Lonsdale members will need to contact The Sands on 5264 3307 with their golflink number.
Timesheets are open 15 days in advance.
Proof of LGC membership will be required prior to play.
Thirteenth Beach Golf Club
13th Beach have offered reduced green fees of $70 to Lonsdale members. The offer is not available on Saurdays, Sundays am and Public Holidays
Ocean Grove Golf Club
Ocean Grove has offered access to the Women’s competitions as follows.
Tuesday 9 Holes from 11.00 am
Thursday Women’s Competition from 8.30 am
Saturday Open to women
The combined cost for green fees and competition fee is $20
