PAPERLESS PRIZE & BALL POOL SYSTEM

Dear Members,
We are pleased to inform you that our Prize and Ball Pool system is going paperless.
As of tomorrow, you will no longer receive paper vouchers as prizes. The prize money will be automatically allocated to your Member Account and is available to be spent at the Bar and/or Pro Shop.
The prize money will be available in your account from the day after the competition. Bar and Pro Shop staff can access your account via your Golflink Card, Surname or Member Number.
The paper to digital process will take a week to transition and you will be unable to redeem your prizes from Friday 8th of March to Thursday 14th of March. The digital system will go live to members on Friday 15th of March.
Existing paper vouchers can still be redeemed at the office.
Once the system is live, you will be able to view the amount of money in your Prize Account via the Members Section of our website. The system currently only shows your House Account.
How to view your Account
On the right-hand side of the Members Home Page, click on ‘My Information’.

The page in the image below will show on the screen. If not, click on ‘My Accounts’ next to the ‘Sign Out’ button.
Please Note: Your credit will always show as a negative number.
