NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

To be held on Friday 18 October 2019 at 69 Fellows Road, Point Lonsdale at 4.00pm

 

SPECIAL BUSINESS

To consider and if thought fit pass the following resolution as a special resolution:

 

1.   That Lonsdale Golf Club Inc enter into a funding arrangement with Costa Asset Management Pty Ltd (ACN 079 151 894) ATF Costa Asset Management Unit Trust (ABN 24 256 383 719) (and/or Nominee) to a maximum value of $15 million to allow the completion of the redevelopment.

A member may appoint a proxy to act on their behalf.  Please note:

    1. A proxy must be a member of the Association.
    2. Notice of the appointment of a proxy must be given using the form enclosed on the next page.
    3. The form appointing the proxy must be given to the manager no later than 24 hours before the time of the meeting
