The Lonsdale Challenge Bowl was held on Monday 27^th May in horrendous conditions necessitating the event being reduced to 9 holes. 18 teams entered the Bowl with Kew Golf Club being the winner with 45 points, Lonsdale came in second with 43 points. This is the first time Kew GC has won our Bowl. Our Lonsdale girls, Bev Wheeler, Sally Hall and Marg Whitmore put up a great challenge to be only 2 points behind the winners.
