Notice is hereby given that the Ninetieth Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at the Clubhouse, Fellows Road, Point Lonsdale on Sunday 9th December, 2018 at 10.30am

 
Business:
 

  1. To confirm the minutes of the Eighty-Ninth Annual General Meeting, held on Sunday 17th December 2017 in accordance with Rule 10.4.1
     
  2. To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30th September, 2018 in accordance with Rules 10.4.2 and 10.4.5
     
  3. To approve the appointment of LBW Chartered Accountants as Auditors for the Financial Year ending September 30th, 2019 in accordance with Rule 10.4.4
     
  4. To consider and vote on the following Resolution as posted on the Clubhouse notice board.
    “That the Redevelopment Task Force be wound-up and responsibility for the Redevelopment Project be formally transferred to the Project Directorate team, reporting to the Club Executive Committee. Further that the Terms of Reference for the Redevelopment Task Force be removed from the Club By-Laws.”
