Happy New Year Every Body
and Welcome back to Yoga At the Point Lonsdale Golf Club starting Monday 9th January 9.30 am and Friday 9.30 am.
These classes are ongoing every week unless there is a Probus Meeting on the fourth Monday of the month. (not including January)
Please know that Felicity’s classes are slow, gentle and very relaxing.
They are a blend of Gentle Yoga Postures and Tai Chi, both seated and standing or in a chair if preferred.
Males and females of any age and ability are welcome.
Movement is slow, fluid and very easy to practice.
The benefits are improved circulation, healthier functioning of internal organs and gentle movement of all joints in the body without any weight-bearing postures.
Improve posture, balance and mental focus.
Decrease stress and anxiety….feel happier, calmer and healthier.

Mats are provided or bring your own.
$15 per 75 minute class.
