Email from Faye Wheatley re: Vic Open Billet Programme 2018

Hi Everyone,

We are again seeking offers of accommodation for players for the 2018 Vic Open to be held from the 1st to 4th February 2018. Players will usually require accommodation from Monday 29th January through to Sunday 4th February depending on their practice schedule, their commitment to the Pro Am and whether or not they make the cut. 

If you are able to assist, please provide the following information to assist in placing players in suitable accommodation.

Address

Phone numbers

Number of beds and rooms 

Number of players

Preference for male or female players.

Transport to and from the course.

We will start getting requests from players in the coming weeks and I will send out requests for accommodation before putting players in touch with you. This is to ensure that you are comfortable with the player before contact is made.

If you have agreed to accommodate a player from a previous year and they have been in contact with you, please let me know so that I can add them to my list.

 

Maree Mills is running a caddy programme, so please contact Maree on mareemills11@gmail.com if you would like to caddy.  

The support that our community provides in relation to player accommodation is very much appreciated by all the players and has contributed greatly to the success of the tournament.
